Quote requests

If you request an estimate, JW Drywall collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number or email, job location, requested service, timeline, approximate budget, project size, how you heard about JW, and project notes. It is used to respond to your request and manage the customer enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information in project notes.

Quote-request notifications are delivered to JW Drywall’s admin inbox. MCH Projects operates the website and form system on JW’s behalf. The form system stores enquiry details and uses service providers to send notifications. JW and MCH use project and source records to follow up, measure this marketing work and reconcile jobs attributed to it. Customer contact details and project notes are not sent to Google Analytics.

Request source details

With an estimate request, we record the website page used, a request reference, and limited source information such as Google, another website, or a recognised campaign label. We do not store the full referring URL or arbitrary URL query text with the request. These details help us understand how an enquiry reached JW; we review them alongside project outcomes to measure the marketing work.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It also records non-identifying actions such as estimate-button and phone-link clicks and a successfully sent estimate request. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart, and may process technical information such as device and browser details, an approximate location, and the pages viewed. The estimate form fields themselves are never sent to Google Analytics.

You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, without affecting the estimate form.
