Resilient channel and insulation both help reduce sound between floors. Joel installed both on a main-floor ceiling in Kitchener before boarding it.

Yes. If the framing is already done, Joel can quote boarding, taping and finishing on their own.
Can you add resilient channel or insulation to an existing plan?
Yes. Mention it when you request your estimate and Joel can review whether it fits the ceiling and framing you have.
Is this a complete renovation service?
This page covers drywall installation, taping and finishing. Other trades and any additional renovation work need to be discussed and explicitly included in the agreed scope.
What affects the cost of boarding and taping?
The wall and ceiling area, access, ceiling height, bulkheads, connections to existing surfaces and the finish required all affect the scope. Also explain which stages are already complete. Joel reviews the project details before confirming a price in writing.
Can you quote boarding and taping separately?
Yes. Tell Joel which stages are needed and what is already complete, including the condition of any existing boards. Any preparation or adjustments should be included in the agreed scope before work begins.
